Elixir Rosé Wine of the Week at Mulkerns
Back to our Premium Rosés for our Wine of the Week this week, and it’s the fabulous Elixir by Bruno Andreu. This is a Languedoc Rosé made with 100% sustainably-farmed Syrah and Grenache grapes. A light, crisp wine, smooth with zesty aromas of black ripe fruits, liquorice, ginger bread and cocoa, and flavours of strawberry, red-currant, exotic fruits and chalky mineral. All presented in an exquisite bottle with a faux glass cork.
If you’re dining this weekend, this wine is perfect with White Meats and Seafood. Pairing nicely this week with a selection of the dishes from our popular Tapas range, such as our Fiery Prawn or Chicken Linguine, Jerk Crumbed Chicken with Roast Pepper Mayo or Pan Fried Seabass with Lemon and Mushroom Risotto.
