- 400g (14oz) self-raising flour
- 175ml (6fl oz) double cream
- 175 ml (6fl oz) lemonade

Preheat oven to 220C (200C for fan oven), gas mark 7.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients to make a dough.
Knead Briefly.
Tip on to floured surface and use your hands to press to a 2cm thickness.
Line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.
Use a cutter to cut our rounds and place on tray.
Bake for 12-15 min until golden.
Place on a wire rack.
